Playful Gardens

													
Inclusive play days in the beautiful Dundee Botanic Gardens. The Playful Gardens co-working project was developed by CAMHS, Art at the Start at the University of Dundee along with partners at Dundee Botanic Gardens, Dundee Contemporary Arts, Barnardo’s families team and Scrap Antics. 
Playful Gardens delivers monthly outdoor play days for families who might find it hard to access play in other environments, and who need a more relaxed, child centred and less restricted environment to support them to play together. 
The project aims to bring organisations and families together creating a safe, tolerant and inclusive space in an idyllic green setting. The activities made available are different each month. 
To remove barriers to play we aim to provide healthy food and a wide range of interaction options at every event.
